Filitheyo Island Resort

As the only island resort located in the unspoilt Faafu Atoll in the Maldives, Filitheyo Island Resort truly does offer its guests a sense of peace and tranquility. 125 rooms provide the luxurious accommodation, all offering modern amenities including four poster beds, an open air bathroom and a private timber deck. Superior Villas are semi-detached and Deluxe and Water Villas are detached, with Water Villas built on stilts over the lagoon and benefiting from a whirlpool bath and steps down into the sea from the deck area. Water sports on the island include sailing, canoeing, windsurfing, catamarans and big game fishing, in addition to a professional Dive School, whilst other leisure facilities include a fully equipped sports complex, outdoor swimming pool, beach volleyball and table tennis. The resort’s main restaurant serves international buffet-style meals, whilst the Sunset Bar and Restaurant at the western end of the island offers an a la carte menu. There are also occasional beach barbeques.
