The Almond Morgan Bay Beach Resort is a new four-star resort set amongst 22 acres of private tropical gardens and private beach. It combines an elegant, but informal setting and is the first new destination outside of the Almond Resort's group's home in Barbados. Recently opened at the end of 2005, Almond Morgan Bay brings the all-inclusive experience of Almond Resorts to the shores of St. Lucia, only ten minutes from capital, Castries.
Each of the resort’s 340 rooms are spacious and feature private balconies or terraces, all located in either the tropical gardens or directly on the beach. All rooms also feature modern amenities such as satellite TV and an in-room safe. Water sports facilities are vast and include kayaking, snorkelling, windsurfing, sailboats, water skiing, banana boat rides and reef fishing. The fully-equipped fitness centre offers personal trainers and workout classes and there are six swimming pools, tennis courts, golf and a spa within the grounds. Children can take advantage of the nursery, kids club and disco nights. Four gourmet restaurants and four bars serve a range of fusion international dishes, premium drinks and cocktails.
