Overview
Coconut Bay in St Lucia is a newly refurbished all-inclusive beachfront resort offering a wide range of amenities and outstanding value for family getaways, singles or couples, weddings and honeymoons. Set amidst a forest of coconut palms, the resort is surrounded by beaches. Each of the resort’s guest rooms are split into two ‘zones’ – the north zone is close to the family-friendly main pool and water park and the south zone is near to the adult’s pool and spa. Every room offers partial ocean views from the balcony, whilst Premium Rooms boast fully unobstructed views. Modern amenities are also a feature of each of the room types. A vast array of sports and leisure facilities are on offer at the resort, from three outdoor pools and a waterpark attraction to volleyball, basketball, tennis and a putting green. Water sports include snorkelling, windsurfing, kayaking and scuba diving. A full service spa complete with ocean view treatment rooms, saunas, steam rooms and a fully-equipped gym are also available. The resort’s kids club offers entertainment for children aged 3 – 14 whilst also having their own activity centre and water feature.
Dining options are varied at Coconut Bay. Calabash is the newest a la carte restaurant, specialising in Caribbean fusion and Creole inspired dishes. Guests can choose from a selection of fresh fish and seafoods, meat and vegetarian dishes all of course with a special Caribbean twist. Calabash will take both family and adults only dining sittings throughout the evening. Please note that dinner reservations will also need to be pre-booked by guests when they are in resort. A dress code will apply to all guests dining. Calabash has replaced Bellagio’s. However for those guests still wishing to experience a taste of Italy during their stay with us, we are pleased to introduce our brand new restaurant Capri, our newest Italian restaurant where guests can dine in a relaxed, candlelit al fresco setting. Local Caribbean ingredients are infused with traditional Italian favourites to suit all appetites. Capri opens for dinner only and guests do not have to make reservations in advance. Coconut Walk is Coconut Bay’s main restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. The casual buffet-style restaurant features an internationally inspired menu to ensure guests have a variety of culinary options to dine from. Silk’s serves modern Asian cuisine Silk’s is Coconut Bay’s alternative a la carte restaurant. Family and adults only sittings available and dinner reservations will need to be pre-booked. Lastly, Beachside Grill is ideal for a quick meal in between enjoying the beach or waterpark, or late night snack, the Beachside Grill offers favourites such as burgers, pizza, chicken and salads from 11am to 2am daily.
