My name is Amanda and I am a personal Travel Counsellor based in Norwich.

My passion is travel and I have worked within the industry for thirty eight years with various independent travel agencies dealing with all aspects of travel.

Because of my passion I took the decision to join Travel Counsellors as they are certainly the best in the business and it has now been ten years since I joined and have never looked back.

Over the years I have travelled to many wonderful places, my favourites being various areas of the USA especially Florida and New York, the Greek Islands, the Caribbean, Bali, Spain, Portugal, Cyprus and the list goes on. I can honestly say that I have never had a bad holiday the world is an amazing place and as always you make it as wonderful as you wish . There is always a story to tell and special memories to make when you travel.

My enthusiasm is enormous and however small your travel needs may be I will always go the extra mile to ensure that you have the holiday of your dreams. My testimonials are always 10 out of 10 and I pride myself on this.

As I work from home, I am available at all hours of the day, evening and weekends, can offer fantastic customer service at a time that suits you and will treat every holiday as if it’s my own.

We have used Amanda for over 10 years for all our travel needs. Her knowledge of the global travel market is unrivalled whether it is for a short break in the UK or a 3 week safari in Africa and everything in between. She works with you to understand your needs – whether these are based on our budget or location - and will then match these with the most appropriate hotel and resort. She will not stop there however and will ensure that you are aware of what you need to do leading up to your holiday in addition to adding those little added extra touches which will turn your holiday into a memorable life event. I cannot praise her enough for going the extra mile to deliver on her promises and do what she promises to do – she really is there for you for every step of the way. Why would I go anywhere else? I wouldn’t.

I’ve just returned from a fantastic 3 week highly bespoke tour around the Caribbean with a friend starting in Miami and flying between the Islands of the Bahamas, Cuba, Cayman, Jamaica and Barbados. After approaching Amanda with some initial ideas she ran with them and devised the perfect trip. Every aspect of the holiday was selected carefully with Amanda’s experience and eye for detail providing us with the experience we wanted, from the most interesting places to visit to selecting the best accommodation. I'm so sorry it's taken me so long but I just wanted to say thanks so much for all your help with our holiday. We had a fantastic time, the weather was warm but not too hot for Eliza and the hotel and resort were perfect for us and in particular for our needs with having a baby, they even gave us a nice pool area view! Thanks again for all your help!
