My wife and I had decided to go to the Maldives for our honeymoon, and after flicking through several thick holiday brochures we were nowhere near to finding our ideal destination... so I turned to Andrea. I simply told Andrea that we wanted somewhere quiet and romantic. Andrea came back to me within hours with several options, all cheaper and more exclusive than those that we had found in the brochures. We decided on Chayaa Lagoon but wanted to stay in a water bungalow. There was a difficulty in locating any that seemed available through the normal holiday companies, so Andrea called the hotel directly and managed to book us a water bungalow for the duration our stay.

Andrea also informed the hotel prior to our arrival that we were honeymooners and we were greeted with wine and fruit in our room. Our honeymoon was perfect, we could not have asked for anything more and it was all thanks to Andrea. In the midst of the drama and mayhem of sorting our our wedding, it was fantastic to have someone who dealt with one of the most important items for us so professionally and calmly. It was a real weight off of our shoulders. The service you receive from Andrea is far better than you will receive on the high street. Andrea goes the extra distance to ensure that you have a perfect holiday. Once my wife and I have settled our argument over whether we visit Hawaii or Mexico next year, we will be back to Andrea to arrange it for us.

A friend recommended that we use the travel counsellors' service to find out about destinations for our honeymoon. We found Andrea, our travel counsellor, to be very helpful and efficient at finding details about places to stay within our budget. Needless to say, our honeymoon was fantastic! Having used Andrea Lovatt as our Travel Counsellor for the past few years, we have found her to be extremely competent and committed. Over the years she has arranged various trips and extras for us ranging from a three week holiday to Orlando, Florida to helicopter rides in New York City. My husband and I were trying to decide on where to go for our Honeymoon and Andrea was recommended to us by a friend. Having Andrea on board made the process so much simpler and easier for us. Both my husband and I have busy jobs so it was a real relief not to have to go into a travel agent every time we wanted to ask something - everything could be done by email or telephone and Andrea was superb in answering even our silliest queries straight away! It really was a much more personal service as we were dealing with the same person all the time - from the initial booking to the weeks leading up to the honeymoon. Andrea was able to help answer questions not only on the accommodation and flights but on practical things like the amount of currency we would need on safari - she even emailed the hotels individually to advise it was our honeymoon so we received flowers and champagne on arrival. In fact, we gave Andrea's details to some friends who were also getting married this year and they also used Andrea to sort out their honeymoon in the Seychelles.
