Last year, just before Christmas, he was also extremely helpful, understanding and proactive, and it was thanks to all his help, reassurance and wonderful contacts that I was able to travel to Hawaii and meet with family. Transfers were also on the ball. Flights were fine, but we were a little disappointed with the Qantas food...not as good as our previous Qantas flights. However, it is airline food after all. Hi Andy, Many many thanks for your excellent organisational skills for our trip. The hotel was first class and would recommend it to anyone. Location was spot on, in a small square just off the front, very quiet, 3mins from the Bridge of Sighs, 4 mins from the Doges Palace, and 5 mins from Saint Marks Square. If you are in touch with the hotel at all please pass on my thanks. We had a delay of 1 and a half hours coming home but no matter. Thanks once again. Hi Andy Just a note to say thank you for arranging another great holiday. l checked out all the websites you suggested, and found them really useful and we would possibly have missed some of the local places to go on the islands without them. The 3 hotels we stayed in were all excellent, they were ideally placed for what l asked for, not too near the hussle and bussle but not miles away either. Also all the paperwork for the hotels and tickets for all the international and internal flights was great, and timed to perfection, so we never had to wait around in airports for more than 2 hours. It was all this attention to detail that again, will have us recommending you to more of our friends and family, and ourselves coming back to you for another holiday in June 2008.Thanks again.
