I am not sure that 400 words would be enough to do justice to the high level of customer service Andy provides his clients. Nothing seems to be too much trouble - he does what he says he will do and lets you know he has done it - he is always pleasant and easy to work with - and he doesn't cost anymore than the other less professional travel companies!
