I want to advise you of my experience on booking a special holiday with Travel Counsellor, Angela Di Meo. She could not have been more helpful and went out of her way to contact our hotels in Florida to ensure we were allocated nice rooms as our holiday was to celebrate my daughters' 18th and 21st birthdays. I had been saving for 5 years for the holiday and we were also going to be meeting up with someone we had been writing to for 14 years and never met. My dad became ill just before we were due to pay the holiday, Angela gave me advice and was so understanding and sympathetic. She must have lots of clients but she made me feel like she was happy to help. She is a real asset to your company and I will have no hesitation in recommending Travel Counsellors to everyone.
