The service, advice, support and 'chats' go way beyond being 'just my job', we always know we'll have a great holiday, even if we ask for a tailor made holiday for when we go to the states. Antonetta has organised our holidays for the last seven years, starting with a fabulous tour of Canadian Rockies followed by an equally fabulous journey on the Rocky Mountaineer train journey and a cruise to Alaska. I have used the services of Antonetta for a number of years, starting off with just flights. Four years ago my partner and I went to Singapore, Australia and Hong Kong. There were internal flights and pickups to arrange and all went so smoothly. At the end of last year I again went to Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand and Bali and I was away for 78 days! Again the arrangements were superb. During this time away there were floods in Australia, earthquakes in New Zealand and the A380 Airbus taken out of service - we were meant to be flying back on it! When I phone her to sort out a trip, all I need to do is give her a rough list of places and dates and Antonnetta does the rest!
