In October I contacted Barbara, who I know through a family friend, because I was having a problem trying to book an Eygpt winter break for February 2012.

There was a restriction on dates we could go and it had to be a specific hotel. I did not have much joy on the internet and the price I was quoted from a 'high street' company was in my opinion too high, so I passed all the details on to Barbara and within hours she could offer me the tailor made holiday I wanted at a lower price and with better quality flights.

After adding a few extra options to the holiday which Barbera organised for me, it was easy to pay the deposit to her and all the relevant paperwork turned up about three days later.
