I contact you as a client of Travel Counsellors - to record my appreciation of the service provided by your Bristol based counsellor, Blanche Summers I have previously been very pleased with the service provided, but the recent two arrangements have been even better. Firstly a fairly complex cruise to Norway in February and over the New Year holiday - a last minute visit to South Africa involving both direct and internal flights. I emailed her the info on the morning of Saturday 31 December - expecting a response on the Tuesday. To my amazement received full flight info and reservation, that same afternoon. All is now confirmed and I depart on 10 January I ask that you pass on my comments to management.

Blanche has done a tremendous job in helping us find the perfect venue for our wedding and honeymoon in St Lucia in May 2007, as well as organising travel and accommodation for the whole wedding party. We couldn't’t have done it without her and have wonderful memories of it all! Blanche has since gone on to arrange many holidays for us as well as for friends and family. Blanche has always given us an excellent and personal service. She has recommended hotels which we have always been more than happy with - making special occasions even more special. My family have been dealing with Blanche for a few years now and we have always been impressed with the dedicated and friendly service that we receive. Blanche has been able to book countless trips to Lapland for us, a tailor made holiday in the States (including Las Vegas and California) as well as the more mundane booking of flights and hotel rooms for holidays in the UK. Blanche was recommended to us by a friend and since then we have used her to book our travel requirements. She is efficient and very patient as we change our plans often! Last year she planned and booked for us a fabulous tailor-made holiday to South America for our Silver Wedding Anniversary which involved 13 flights and all worked out perfectly. She also willingly gave her time over a bank holiday weekend to help us get back from Sweden, when we were left stranded by an SAS aircrew strike last May. The airline did not answer our phone calls because it was holiday time! We thoroughly recommend Blanche for all your holiday and business travel needs.
