When we were trying to book for our 2012 holiday we were struggling to find reasonable prices. However, Carol persevered. When we found out about the Malaysian air seat sale, Carol got us such a special deal for this year's holiday to Malaysia. We then discovered that the hotel we booked was undergoing refurbishment and Carol negotiated upgrades for us. I would not consider going elsewhere for holiday bookings now.
