We have been booking our holidays through Carol Warburton (Travel Counsellors) for 4 years; in this time we have found Carol’s service to be excellent and have recommended her to numerous family and friends. One of the reasons we prefer to use Carol is we like the more personal touch of a one to one relationship, we feel because of this Carol knows our likes and dislikes and booking our holiday is so much easier, as we don’t need to explain our requirements every time we book a holiday. Recently we were the victims of the Excel airways collapse and found ourselves at the airport with no holiday, one phone call to Carol and she assured us she would do everything possible to locate us a holiday, true to her word we flew to Cyprus the very next day and had a great holiday, while hundreds of people were stuck at home with no holiday and no hope of an alternative.
