Launch of Celebrity Equinox

I was lucky enough to be onboard the Celebrity Equinox for it's launch in July 2009. This is the sister company to Royal Caribbean Cruises, and the ship was fantastic!

Having travelled on the Independence of the Seas with my family I would say that the Equinox would be the perfect choice for couples or families with older children. The decor is very plush and there is a fabuolus choice of speciality restauarnts and bars, and the pool area is simply stunning. It has a wonderful spa with lots of treatment and relaxation areas.

The Equinox's sister ship the Eclipse, will be based in Southampton during the summer months and would be an ideal choice for thos looking for a top quality, adults orientated ship, without the need for flying.
