Well, what can I say about Charlotte! Let me put it this way, using Charlottes expertise as an agent is akin to being a holder of American Express Centurian Card but without the extortionate annual membership fee of £3,500k. It’s not only about booking venue’s and travel, for example: Once all booked and confirmed, it doesn’t stop there. She will, Book preferred seats for the flight. Book extra luggage allowance. Book private airport transfers. Relay any special requests to your hotel venue. Deal with your advanced check in for the flight. ( no faffing around trying to do it on your ipad /laptop from home). Advise you of any flight detail changes/delays. Charlotte is available should you need her at any time leading up to, during and on your homeward journey. If it’s a dire emergency there is someone on hand / call 24/7. I didn’t know that ‘Charlottes’ existed until my husband was planning a trip to Australia last March and he was recommended Charlotte by a friend. Admittedly I was a little sceptical to begin with however the entire booking process and trip was seamless . We then asked her to book us a Christmas trip to a new resort in Maderia , once again, her price was very competitive and she handled every last detail for us, even making our hotel restaurant reservations in advance. In essence Charlotte is a ‘ One Stop Shop’ for all travel related bookings and I for one will never be booking on line again. Give her a try, you will not be disappointed. PS. Just in case you are doubting the authenticity of this review, NO she is not a friend …I haven’t even met her!

Charlotte is an exceptional travel agent. We first used her services some years ago for my husband's 60th birthday trip to Argentina where she found us the best price to get to Buenos Aires. She didn't leave it there, she contacted us some months later with details of the newly discounted direct BA flight; which although a little extra, was definitely worth it. This year we used Charlotte again for flights and hotels to Thailand. As we are now living in Spain, the options were very varied and we were trying to establish a good route without too many changes. We eventually took her recommendation to fly via Etihad. Of course there were a couple of changes and for us a train journey to Madrid from Andalusia but the holiday was amazing. We did fly business class which lessens the blow of jet lag etc but after a unexpected cancer diagnosis last year, it was all about treating ourselves when I received the the all clear. Thank you Charlotte, we of course will be contacting you shortly and have decided on Vietnam for next spring.

We recently travelled to the Maldives for what in the end was a fabulous holiday. We had some issues regarding my partner's health which left us very unlikely to be able to take this holiday. Charlotte is wonderful, she goes well beyond what you would expect from a travel agent, keeping us informed of what is happening regarding our holiday, and updating us as soon as she received more information. We decided to use Charlotte when we couldn't agree on where to go on our holiday this year.
