Just wanted to let you know that we've returned from the break in Florence you arranged for us and that we had a fantastic time. The hotel was great - the location couldn't have been better and we'll remember our breakfasts on the roof terrace overlooking the city for a very long time! Florence, needless to say, is beautiful.
