About Me

Hello, my name is Claire Taylor and I am your Personal Travel Counsellor based in Quinton, Birmingham. I have lived in the West Midlands all my life and love the community spirit I experience in Quinton. I live with my fiance Phil and my two children Evan and Molly.

I studied Travel and Tourism at Halesowen College before starting my travel career at Lordswood Travel (an independent travel agency) in 2004. This is where I gained my vast knowledge of travel by travelling to many different destinations. Now not only is travel work for me but it is also a passion of mine that I hold very close to my heart.

My favourite destination by far is The Gambia for the culture of the destination and the friendly local people. There are different destinations I would recommend for different types of clients. There are also a lot of destinations I would revisit myself as I enjoyed them so much.

As a Personal Travel Counsellor I pride myself on providing my clients with exceptional service and paying particular attention to detail. I have hundreds of suppliers at my finger tips enabling me to find the perfect holiday to meet my clients needs. Plus all of the suppliers I use are financially protected so my clients have no need to worry.
