I had been wanting to go to Ibiza for a while and was overjoyed when I came across a real bargain all inclusive break through Thomas Cook.

I had booked a package so on arrival into Ibiza airport we were met by a representative who took us to our accommodation.

We arrived at Club Nereida and immediately felt welcome by the staff. It was quite a small accommodation but instantly made us feel relaxed. The staff were great, they thoroughly explained to us what was included in our all inclusive and the meal times etc.

I would definitely recommend the Club Nereida to customers in the future. I would say the hotel was most suitable for couples and young families looking for a quiet break with entertainment on an evening. The evening entertainment was very mixed offering live shows as well as in house entertainment.

My main concern about this hotel was how the pool was uncovered whilst the evening entertainment was at its side so there was instantly that danger for young children. The food was delicious with quite a wide variety available as well as the typical chips etc. It was nice to see different types of fish available caught locally. The hotel was also very clean.

Whilst staying at the Club Nereida we were within walking distance of the San Antonio Bay shops and restaurants. On one day of the holiday we walked over to San Antonio resort which was a lovely stroll along the seafront taking around 1 hour. Another day we caught the bus which only took around 15 minutes.

We decided to do an excursion whilst in Ibiza and that was the Catamaran cruise. I found this quite disappointing compared to Catamaran cruises I had done in different parts of the world. There was only one other English couple on board so very little explanations were given in English and the food was poor.

I would definitely recommend customers to Ibiza in the future and would encourage people to realise it has so much more to offer than the party side of things.
