Just a brief comment to commend a member of your team, Darryl Bailey, whose considerable efforts made our extended family holiday to Egypt truly memorable. There were issuses about disabled access, special transfer arrangements, flight seats and even last minute hotel changes. All were handled truly professionally - we were we kept informed all the way.
