I flew with Virgin Atlantic premium economy class return. Flying time around 10 hours and 10 minutes. Transfer time from airport to hotel 140 minutes. I stayed at Hard Rock hotel in Riviera Maya for 7 nights. I was upgrade to room DELUXE PLATINUM GRAND SKY TERRACE which was amazing. I had the following facilities in my room One king bed, Balcony with hammock, Access to a private 2nd floor grand sky terrace with lounge chairs and hydro spa tub, Liquor dispenser, Mini bar with soda, bottled water, juice & domestic beer, Coffee maker, Bluetooth-enabled wireless alarm clock radio, Bathrobes & slippers, 24-hour room service, Free wireless internet, Rock Spa® bath amenities, Iron/ironing board, Private bath with shower, flat screen satellite TV, Iron/ironing board, Turndown service

I stayed in heaven section which is adults only 18 years and above. There are two sections to this hotel Heaven is adults only and family section. The staff are friendly and polite. Lovely check in and check out area at this hotel. At this hotel there are 75 Treatment rooms, 4 Adults-only pools , 2 Expansive pools, splash park, & water slide, Tranquil sea cove & a private white sand beach, Kayaking, snorkeling, beach soccer, and more, Outdoor hydro spa tubs

I would certainly recommend this hotel for couples and families. Great hotel and fantastic service. I would definitely go back.
