David arranged our Christmas holiday in Austria and as a result of that success, we have just asked him to organise a wedding anniversary trip to Turkey. He has proved attentive and responsive, particularly when we have asked him to negotiate with particular hotels. He is also good at the important details, such as pickups from the airport.
