Dean organises all of my travel both UK and abroad, it is wonderful to be able to pick up the phone tell somebody who you trust completely your destination, your dates and your budget and for them to deliver a most wonderful package without you having to give it a second thought.

Just thought I'd let you know that the recent weekend birthday treat was a HUGE success!!!

They told me that the train journeys were on time and perfect - the hotel and the service was terrific - they thoroughly enjoyed 'We Will Rock You' and the seats couldn't have been better - and the meal at Claridges was superb! They were made a fuss of at the restaurant, as I remember you telling me that you'd informed them it was a 'Special Birthday'. All in all, they had a wonderful weekend.

Mark and I are triathletes and have competed home and abroad over the last 10 years. We were introduced to Dean about 4 years ago by a fellow triathlete and since then Dean has researched and organised the travel and accommodation to a number of these triathlon events which has involved transporting bikes as well as ourselves to Hawaii, Lanzarote, Lausanne and Hamburg. His professionalism and committment has taken all the stress out of the organisation whilst we can concentrate on the competition itself.

Last year, when Mark decided he wanted a quiet beach holiday for his 50th Birthday, Dean suggested the Maldives and WOW what a great holiday it was, so relaxing, sunbathing, snorkelling and scuba diving.

This year Lucy, our 16 year old daughter chose the holiday destination - to Disneyland Florida, which Dean has organised. We have just finished packing confident in the knowledge that Dean's attention to detail will result in yet another fun packed holiday.

We have no hesitation in recommending Dean to our family and friends and hope to have many more holidays organised by him.

I asked you to arrange a surprise holiday for my mum as she was celebrating her 50th birthday.
