Hello and thank you for taking the time to visit my web page. My name is Deb Weatherall and I am an independent travel agent in Carnforth, Lancashire. I have been working in the travel industry for over 12 years. I joined Travel Counsellors in July 2006 following an exciting career in Corporate travel that has taken me to many fabulous worldwide destinations.
Personally I believe excellent customer service levels are just as important as finding exactly the right product for the client. Sadly today in this busy world, a high level of quality customer care and service is not always delivered. I take great pride in my work and every enquiry from a simple flight or package holiday to a complex tailor made itinerary will be researched for you with the highest level of professionalism, offering you where possible , a selection of options to meet your requirements.
I have a passion for travel and I appreciate we all have limited time to visit the many many exciting and interesting places the world has to offer, helping clients choose just the right location that fits the budget and ticks the boxes is so important and I take time to do this with every client regardless of their own travel requirement.
I am more than happy, when required to visit clients at home and where possible I will always deliver my tickets and go through the travel details to make sure everything is clear and understood.
