Very professional, calm and cheerful, great attention to detail and very thorough. Goes the extra mile to see everything is just as you want it to meet your personal requirements. Nothing is too much trouble. She was brilliant at changing all our arrangements when we got cold feet over BA this year. Relishes a challenge and willing to research new areas.
