About Me

My name is Deborah and I am an independent travel agent living in Methley, a village close to Leeds, Castleford and Wakefield. I have worked in the travel industry for almost 20 years, joining Travel Counsellors in May 2006. Previously I was a manager for a high street travel agent.

I feel that customers should be able to receive a high level of personal service when looking for a holiday, and unlike many high street travel agents, Travel Counsellors can deliver this. I am also able to offer you independent travel advice and will confidently offer a holiday that suits you, irrespective of the tour operator. I recognise that not everyone is free to discuss their travel arrangements during the working week, and with the fantastic technology available to me I am able to work from home and deal with your requests at a time suitable to you.

My favourite holiday was to Dubai where I visited in 2005, however I have also been on other wonderful holidays including skiing in the alps, cruising around the Caribbean, and typical family beach holidays in Spain and Portugal. I am passionate about travel and with my experience I can confidently deal with any type of enquiry.
