Thank you for organising our recent holiday in Orlando, Florida. We all had a fantastic time – grandchildren and adults alike! We feel privileged to have someone so knowledgeable, efficient and capable to organise our holidays for us. You have such a calm, reassuring, confident manner and you make us, as customers, feel valued. The advice you gave us was exceptional and we would recommend you to anyone, as your professional, friendly approach is greatly appreciated.

I just felt I really had to write to travel counsellors to be able to publicly sing the praises of Deborah Robbins. Although Deborah has booked holidays for us before, this time she really was quite indispensible.

Our flight to Dubai was cancelled as we arrived at the airport, and after a four hour wait in a queue that hardly moved I rang her in desperation to try and find an alternative. She was calm and gave me on the spot advice and then drove to Leeds/Bradford, a 50 minute journey in Christmas traffic to collect me and my son as we were then told we would travel the next day.

Deborah has the knack of being able to search out options that you may not have thought out yourself, yet fit perfectly with your needs. She is always reliable and will return emails promptly, with information that will help you make the necessary choices. Deborah’s thoroughness of approach is always visible; especially when there are complex travel arrangements she clearly highlights what you need to do. I certainly do not have the time or the expertise to research holiday options, and can relax in the knowledge that Deborah will have thought of everything to ensure that all I have to do is pack my bags and go!

She’s one in a million and will always go the ‘extra mile’ to ensure you have a holiday that suits you. I would be happy to endorse her as the number one travel counsellor as I cannot possibly think of any way she, or anyone else could do the job better!
