Hello and welcome to my web page.
My name is Demelza Neal and I am an independent travel agent based in Penzance, Cornwall where I live with my husband and our son.
Almost 15 years ago I started out as a trainee travel consultant and thus began a long career arranging customer’s holidays. I have worked in and managed local independent high street agents, and now – Travel Counsellors.
I have always dreamed of working for myself, and now I can, but with the excellent support, knowledge and security of a team of professionals who ultimately want only the very best for you - the customer.
I pride myself in offering 100% impartial and honest advice, and am under no pressure to book holidays with specific tour operators, as is the case of some of the high street agents.
Due to my passion of travel I have travelled extensively through out the world, visiting such places as, the United States, the Caribbean, the Maldives, Mauritius, Africa, many European Resorts and of course lots more, and now as your own Personal Travel counsellor I am able to pass on this wealth of knowledge and experience to you.
Working from home without the distractions of the high street, I am able to offer exceptionable customer service to ensure each and every holiday meets and exceeds your expectations. I am able to offer a bespoke personal service when arranging your holiday requirements, whether this maybe a package, tailor-made holiday, cruise, flights, accommodation only, car hire, or currency exchange.
I believe that booking your holiday should be an enjoyable and exciting experience. My customers often comment on how delighted they are to find someone who will take the time to listen to them and offer suggestions, without rushing them into a hasty decision.

As a Travel Counsellor, I realise that not everyone is free to discuss their travel arrangements during the working week. Using state of the art technology I am able to work flexible hours from my own office, which means you can contact me at times when most other travel agents are unavailable, including evenings and weekends.
