I can honestly say that Donna has provided a FIRST class service and exceeded all my expectations. I found Donna very personable and easy to communicate with and having understood my requirements she worked hard finding several options for me to choose from. The options and alternatives that Donna provided were all very high quality holidays for a reasonable price. I have always made my own independant travel arrangements for me and my family. After a catastrophic illness last year, that wasnt possible. However, Donna was incredible. Every detail, every consideration (even the ones that hadnt even thought of,) were planned for with contingencies. Donna was both highly professional, responsive and courteous at all times. She gave my husband and I, total peace of mind. The whole family even got an upgrade going to America, via Virgin Atlantic and myself another upgrade on the return leg! Superb! THANK YOU!
