I have been working for Travel Counsellors now for over 6 years and they really are the best travel agency I have ever known.
A travel agency which is so highly thought of by all the tour operators because they, and I care about everyone's holiday.
Prior to working for this company, I worked for many years tailoring making holidays to Canada and Alaska where I have travelled extensively.
Most recently, November 2007, I won a BMW for offering the best customer service out of over 800 other travel counsellors. You cannot imagine how proud, excited and honoured I felt. The fact that my customers thought so highly of me, means more than I can say. This must have been the best weekend of my life!
In 2006, I was honoured with 'Cruise Counsellor of the Year', and I also received this title in 2002.
In 2003, I received a customer service award.
I pride myself on providing the best service I possibly can and always look after my clients right from the beginning to when they return home. I can book any type of holiday from package holidays, cruises, tailormade or just flight or accommodation only.
I suppose my deepest passion must be travel. The adventure of visiting different countries and seeing different cultures will always be there. The support of a great husband and the company of my 2 little dogs, Basil and Daisy, makes my life a very happy one.
