If you want air conditioning and a buffet breakfast Eileen will get them for you!! Eileen is friendly, efficient and offers an excellent, hassle free service. Myself and the party group ( 4 adults and 1child ) have found Eileen very helpful and very knowledgeable. The first holiday Eileen organized for the group was leaving from 2 UK airports (Gatwick and Manchester) and arriving at Mahon airport within 20 minutes of each other to make the connection with the private transport arranged. The timing was perfect and this was the start of a brilliant holiday. We have been so impressed that we have booked another holiday this year with Eileen to Fuerteventura. This holiday is in the 2008 summer school holiday period. We indicated a price range and Eileen has once again delivered a excellent holiday package at a very fair cost.

I have been using Eileen for the past seven years and have yet to find any cause for complaint. In addition, I have happily and willingly recommended her to friends, family and colleagues all of whom have been equally satisfied. The reasons that I continue to go back time and time again are simple. Eileen is reliable, helpful, always at the other end of the telephone or email when you need her, and always seems to find the best deal for the money you have to spend and the timespan you want to take that important holiday. As an example, she found us a hotel in Protaras in Cyprus that we have now been to some three times. On our initial visit there, the very first person we spoke proudly informed us that this was his and his families tenth trip to that hotel, which needless to say put our minds at rest immediately. Even when I thought I'd found a cheaper option for a holiday to Florida, I sent the details through to Eileen for her to check and she came back telling me of all the pitfalls and the numerous negative reasons why that holiday was the price it was. Needless to say that with her sound advice, I once again booked my holiday with somebody I knew I could trust. I honestly cannot imagine going anywhere other than to Eileen when booking my holidays.

We have used Eileen several times and always had very good and prompt service especially on sorting out minor details and questions that always seem to come up at the last minute. The hotels selected were very comfortable and convenient and we have never had any problems with flights ,car hire etc.
