Recently I made a month long trip to Australia and New Zealand. It entailed visits to a variety of places and much flying. Thanks to Elaine's thoughtful and meticulous planning everything went very well and without a single hitch. She not only very obviously 'knows her stuff' but she also went out of her way to provide a thorough and supportive service. She was at all points kind and helpful even when I was chopping and changing my plans. Previously Elaine has provided invaluable help in visiting South America and large bits of Europe. She continues to provide invaluable, well informed and always kindly help.
