Hi, I'm Emily and I'm based near Stow on the Wold, in the heart of the Cotswold Hills.
I provide a most comprehensive and attentive travel counselling service sure to please even the most discerning of clients. My knowledge is extensive with my many years in the travel industry and backed by travel industry leaders Travel Counsellors.
The most important part of my service is you, the client. I make it my personal goal to ensure that any travel requirements are dealt with efficiently, professionally and in a completely assuring manner. I am available at anytime for any travel need and am only a call or e-mail away. If it be more convenient, I am more than happy to visit you at a time to suit you at your home or workplace.
My services also cover business travel, where of course, all the above applies. My experience spans over 18 years as a travel agent. In my last post, I worked locally as an agency manager. In that time, I gained vast amounts of knowledge that I am able to put into good practice as an independent travel agent.
I am also well travelled which enables me to offer a personal opinion on many destinations worldwide.
Having worked within the industry for over 18 years, I am well-versed and experienced with all aspects of leisure and business travel. I have gained many relevant qualifications from major industry leaders such as cruise companies, ski operators and airlines including an air travel course created by British Airways.
Speaking personally, I particularly enjoy undertaking enquiries covering cruising, tailor-made itineraries and organising weddings, to name but a few.
As an independent agent I am in no way tied to particular operators, unlike many high-streets agencies. For too long, I have seen people matched to holidays as opposed to vice-versa. This doesn't have to be this way. I have it made it my mission to ensure that any travel requirement I am involved in unequivocally suits the complete need of my client.
I look on all my clients as friends and always strive to make sure that nothing is overlooked.
