We have used the services of Gill recently on two occasions. Both times not only did she take complicated instructions and turn these into cost effective solutions but on both holidays she exceeded our expectations which are particularly high as we are both career world travellers. I would go so far as to say Gill has turned our dreams into reality.

We have used Gill's services at Travel Counsellors on many occasions now and have always been completely satisfied. Gill has booked holidays for us in the Caribbean and Italy. Gill has extensive personal knowledge and is able to access the resources of her Travel Counsellor colleagues. Once we have provided Gill with an indication of our requirements, she supplies us with a number of options and her attention to detail is fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. For example we once asked for an indication of the type of food served at a hotel we were considering booking in Italy. Before the end of that day Gill had emailed us the full menu. Because of our confidence in Gill we have felt comfortable recommending her to family, friends and work colleagues and she has never let any of us down.
