Gill is absolutely great! My daughter and I wanted to get away but didn’t know where and when. Gill very patiently – she had to be – kept sending us information. She sent us details of a package in Egypt but as she didn’t know the hotel and couldn’t get independent reviews about it, she removed it from the list, cognizant that as I was travelling with my daughter we needed to be in a safe and secure environment. When I had omitted to rebook our return flights, she kindly did this for me: no problem. On my return I found a card from her waiting for us, welcoming us home and hoping we had had a good holiday and within 24hrs, she had sent me a text asking when it was convenient to have a chat about the holiday. Not likely to get this service from other travel agents I have dealt with in the past.
