Gill found us the perfect holiday! The Riu Palace Las Americas in Cancun was a great choice, all the facilities we wanted, great weather and lovely staff. Gill's attention to detail was great, as with the concerns over Swine Flu we were unsure until 10 days to go whether we would be able to travel or not. Gill kept us totally informed and put our minds at rest.

On behalf of Jon and myself, I would just like to thank you for arranging such a fantastic holiday for us, we had an absolutely amazing time.

Also, thank you very much for reassuring us on the Monday I was getting into a panic and it was really good of you to speak to me.

I do have photos but they are in working progress so I will forward some to you as soon as they are ready... We saw the big 5 plus lots more cats, hippos, crocodiles, lots of other animals and different kind of herds although the view was just as amazing...we were walking around in awe of everything.

Also the accommodation, especially on the safari, was absolutely brilliant! A lot more than was expected...it was all just awesome!
