We have booked our holidays through Heidi several times having been recommended by our friends. She has a lot of knowledge and has always booked us good hotels and made our holidays very enjoyable.When our flights home were cancelled due to the Iceland ash cloud she quickly rearranged flights for us on another airline and kept us up to date with the situation. Once again you have managed to put together another holiday where we have returned totally blown away by the amazing sights we have seen.

Where shall I begin? Zion - amazing, even though we encountered storms and flash floods we still managed to get in some hiking. Then onto Best Western Capital Reef - our room looked out onto the most wonderful landscape, but better still was Red Cliffs Lodge Moab - that was really something. Our balcony overlooked not only mountains but the Colorado river as well. This place has its own winery and has daily wine tasting, their restaurant menu is very good, even having a varied choice for vegetarians.

Hello Heidi,

I thoroughly enjoyed the whole trip from start to finish. Fab hotel - were upgraded to pool and golf course view on 9th floor (was that your doing?!) Brilliant!

The whole experience at the Ritz Carlton was fantastic. The Grounds were absolutely beautiful and full of wildlife - birds, butterflies, fish and apparently crocodiles.

Outbound was a new plane - fab seats and the latest touch screen TV’s.

Homeward bound - we were up in the "bubble" - the seats etc are old and dated and the plane is actually due for refurbishment next year - but still very comfortable journey and worth the extra cost.

Thanks again for yet another great trip.

We returned home last night after our short family holiday in Las Vegas.

What a city - Ive never seen anything like it. Bright lights, constant entertainment, grown up fun but nothing tacky if you know wha I mean. Nothing in the UK compares that's for sure.

Las Vegas markets itself as the city of fun and it tries its very best to live up to that. We had a fantastic time and you are partly responsible for that.

You made travelling very easy and comfortable. Our flights were an excellent choice. A very comfortable journey made easier due to the legroom available and the free drinks! (They don't give out mini bottles of gin, they dispense it a la Las Vegas!)

Your assistance in applying for visa exemptions, checking us in for both outward and homebound flights and generally doing everything else was invaluable and I would like to thank you for all that you have done to make our holiday a few days to remember.

Your Welsh contingent of fans may grow !

When I first thought about booking a surprise honeymoon for my wife to be I didn't really know where to begin, I had a destination in mind and a few quotes.
