About Me

Hello, my name is Helen Birtwistle, your very own travel agent in the Clitheroe area of the beautiful Ribble Valley in Lancashire. As your Personal Travel Counsellor I am committed to offering exceptional customer service.

There's nothing I like more than suggesting itineraries and putting holidays together, which is why tailor made trips are my speciality. I've recently arranged trips to Australia, New Zealand and the Far East as well as helping to plan a USA trip involving the famous Route 66.

I LOVE cruising! I have cruised with Ocean Village, P&O, Regent Seven Seas and Royal Caribbean as well as visiting ships such as the Queen Mary 2, Grand Princess and P&O‘s Arcadia & Azura. I have also been lucky enough to experience a Viking River Cruise in Germany and more recently Norwegian Cruise Lines brand new ship Epic.
