I decided to book a road trip in Western USA for myself and my two children at less than a weeks notice. I went to Helen who gave me good advice on the trip and who was able to book accommodation and car hire very cost effectively - within a figure I had been provided by a rival company earlier in the year - despite the ridiculously short notice!
