Hello

I'm Helen and I have been a travel agent for 29 years. I run a franchise branch of Travel Counsellors in North Cornwall, where I have lived for the past 18 years.

Before joining Travel Counsellors in 2004, I worked in many travel agencies, both independent and multiples, selling leisure and business travel. I started my own agency in 2000 which gave me a complete all round view of travel from all sides and not just from the front sales desk. I saw that the only successful way to run a business is to keep your customers happy by providing them with exceptional service. Travel Counsellors shared that view and are leaders in the concept, which is why I decided to work with them and enable myself to carry on providing my customers the best customer care.
