About Me

Hello and welcome to my personal web page.

I am an independent Personal Travel Counsellor based in my home town of New Malden, Surrey.

The growth of my business has been mainly due to recommendations and referrals, either from people who do not have the time to spend hours on the internet trying to make sense of the vast number of offers available, or those who prefer to have a holiday specially tailored to suit their personal requirements.

I have a passion for perfection to ensure that the quality of my service never wavers from the initial sales enquiry through to after-sale care. I offer honest and impartial advice and consider all my clients to be unique as I am just as happy to make arrangements for a traditional family holiday as for a couple requiring a very special overseas honeymoon or wedding experience. I take care of everything from airline seating arrangements, private limousine transfers and anything else that needs to be arranged in advance ie. airport parking/hotels/lounges, foreign currency purchase and insurance (when taken with travel arrangements), a table at an exclusive restaurant, spa treatments, birthday cakes, anniversary presents, excursions etc.

During my 35 years in the travel business I have frequently travelled to many destinations around the world as a product buyer for a number of UK tour operators. Accordingly, I have specialist knowledge of many hotels and resorts throughout the Caribbean and Far East, Mexico, Hawaii, Australia, Middle East, South Africa, Kenya, Gambia, India and the Indian Ocean – and many countries in Europe.

One of my favourite holidays is at sea and I have been fortunate to experience the superb resort-style ships of Royal Caribbean, the great service provided by Celebrity Cruises, the luxury yachts of Star Clippers, various small ships sailing along the Nile and Rhine in addition to chartering a crewed yacht just for two around the Caribbean.
