I first met Jack Leaf when he was working for Abercrombie & Kent where he arranged some superb holidays for the Sayers family. His attention to detail and instinctive knowledge of what would work for us as a family as he got to know us better was invaluable. He works from home and is available at any time apparently.

Yesterday I went online to book a room at the Bristol in Paris for September and then remembered Jack. I thought that I should put the business his way, even if he only made a few pounds. Jack saved us 80 euros on the published rate, got breakfast included and has secured me a guaranteed upgrade.
