Hello, my name is Jackie and I have worked in the travel business for over 20 years. I have travelled to many areas which include Bahamas, San Francisco, Morocco, Dubai, Egypt, Greece, Bulgaria and many more.
Travel Counsellors prides itself on customer service which is extremely important to me and is paramount to the success of my business in the 95% score I received from my customers.
I recognise that not everyone is free to discuss their travel arrangements at work. I work from home which means you can contact me when other Travel Agents are not available including evenings and weekends.
In 2005 and 2007 I was awarded the title of Gold Travel Counsellor which is given for achieving a certain sales turnover for which I have my clients to thank for this.
Your holiday should be one of the most enjoyable experiences you will have, so I believe that being able to speak to me at a time that suits you will help to make the most from your holiday.

We also offer a Bridal Registry Service, which no other agent offers. This is an excellent service that allows clients who book a wedding or honeymoon to open an account that allows their guests to contribute to the Wedding Couple's dream escape. This is a FREE service, all we ask for is a £10 deposit which is deducted once the holiday is booked, so no more unwanted or duplicated gifts. I find this a really beneficial service as it allows my clients to book their absolute dream honeymoon.
