I have worked within the travel industry for more years than I care to remember. In that time have witnessed the decline of customer service, and customer facing agents increasingly only selling products that they have been told to sell. This is to make things more lucrative for the travel company.
I have worked for various independent agencies and telesales/teletext agencies, including the travel club for one of the biggest broadsheet newspapers in the UK, consequently I understand the wants and needs of the more discerning traveller as well as the family traveller, and the level of service they are entitled to expect. I have travelled to China, South-East Asia, including Malaysia and Indonesia, the Caribbean, North Africa, the USA and most major European destinations as well as extensive travel through the UK.
Through Travel Counsellors award winning technology, I have access to over 400 individual tour operators. This enables me to tailor-make single and multi-centre holidays, cruises, scheduled and charter flights. I can help with anything from a City Break to around the world trips, not forgetting the good old UK. I will always be available on the end of the phone to help in any way I can even when you are away on holiday.
