I did in fact have a great time, thank you. Me and the girlfriend enjoyed it very much. Hotel was very basic but clean and nice with lots of character and good food. Not to mention the people, the bar staff and views were priceless. Would definitely recommend it to someone that isn't fussed about luxury. Shame it probably won't even be there next year because of big "faceless" all inclusive places (as you can probably guess this was big topic of conversation between us and locals, haha). Turgutreis is really good too. On the whole nice and quite but with a bit of evening liveliness thrown in for good measure. Most importantly Claira enjoyed her first ever holiday abroad. Hooray!

We can't thank you enough. When we've decided where we want to go next year I'll definitely be giving you an email.

Volcanic Ash Problems

As you are aware, the group returned to Blighty safely on Tuesday morning. I am writing to thank you most sincerely for your care, attention and support during what you appreciated was quite a stressful time, not only for the party in Hong Kong but also for parents who were very keen to see their children.

The fact that you kept me so well informed enabled me to communicate regularly with the parents and they have complimented the school and your organisation in doing so well.

I have no hesitation in saying what a wonderful service Jan has provided us with over the last couple of years where our travel arrangements are concerned, especially our trip to Fiji. It seemed a mammoth task to journey from Purley to Fiji via America and New Zealand, but Jan sorted out everything for us and gave so much help and advice with all the questions fired at her!
