My husband and I had been thinking about a trip to the USA. We had some ideas about where we wanted to go and I spent

some time on line browsing as well as phoning a couple of companies. A combination of overload of information from the internet and a lack of efficiency from the travel companies ( i.e. they either didn't get back to me or took too long to contact me) Not having been to the States before the search began to look quite daunting. I decided to see if there was a travel agent close by

in Gloucestershire - this is when I discovered Travel Counsellors - and in particular Janet Evans in Cheltenham. Not only was Janet very friendly but her ability to take on board what we were looking for (no easy task at he beginning as our ideas were somwhat vague!) meant the trip began to take shape. Her travel experience and personal handling of everything from start to finish meant we felt very reassured. It is a definite plus to know you are going to speak to one person who knows who you are and you totally trust to come back to you with an answer on any query you may have about the trip. Our holiday was wonderful the

planning of it was perfect and the accommodation was exactly what we were looking for. It was more than we could have hoped for.

Janet has transformed the way I book my holidays. As a busy professional I find I do not have enough time to look through reams of brochures to decide on a holiday. Only one word for it, WOW! You turned a disaster into a triumph, thank you so much.
