Jenni arranged a great holiday in Tuscany with the only criteria being that we needed to go somewhere that would cater for both children and adults. We had a lovely time sight-seeing the delights of Tuscany and the children were happy with the great pool at the hotel.

When the Italian car hire company tried to give us an inferior car, Jenni managed to sort this out over the phone instantly!
