Hen Weekend In Lisbon
We stayed at the Clarion Suites which were great. They were in a great location, not too far from the airport and great for the hop on/off sightseeing buses whilst only a short taxi ride to the evening hotspots. Bairo Alto is the place to be of an evening there are many bars and restaurants along the little cobbled streets, which are very quaint and lovely; the bars had music to suit all tastes. You could also take the tram down the hill to the newer part of the city where you had the hard rock cafe and more modern cafe bars. It really did have everything for everyone in the city and would suit couples and groups of all ages. We didn’t think anything was too expensive either in all of the bars and restaurants we went to.
The people seemed very friendly and helpful in all the places we visited. We really could not find a fault with the hotel. It even had a small (very small) outside pool which was nice during the day (but it’s unusual to get that in a city hotel so made a nice change). I would definitely go back to Lisbon with my husband as it’s a great city for culture and has some great bars and restaurants. We checked out the Cinco Lounge and had an private cocktail lesson which was amazing fun.
