We found our accommodation but no flights, Jo came to the rescue with 2 seats at a good price. The day after we arrived at the resort the airline went into receivership, but Jo kept in touch all the time so we could still enjoy our holiday. We were flown home at no extra expense and at the airport there were few who knew the true flight details and those that did were Jo clients.
