Jo Osmond has previously booked our Eurostar for skiing. This year we gave her the challenge of booking our summer holiday for a family of five, with a narrow window, and offering two centres, one to explore and one to relax. She found us a wonderful trip to Morocco, split between Marrakesh and Essouira. AND we had all sorts of extras too - including upgrades at hotels, passes to the lounge at Gatwick etc. Jo is always prompt in answering all our queries, and thorough in her preparation.
