We have booked through Kate a number of times now, she has always beaten other companies holiday quotes and she is full of knowledge. The holiday's always runs smoothly.

With the recent BA strikes we found ourselves stuck in New York, little to our knowledge Kate was already working on getting us a flight back home. Although our flights were cancelled twice we had little or no disruption to our holiday as Kate handled all of the re-arrangements and for that we are truly thankful.
