My name is Kerri and I am a Travel Counsellor based in Norwich, where I live with my husband and two boys, Dexter and Bobby.
I've always had a passion for travel and from a young age we were lucky enough to be taken on some fantastic family holidays including Australia, Florida and much of Spain but to name a few. I've worked in the travel industry since 2007 and my favourite destinations would have to be America and the Far East, although I love exploring all four corners of the world through the eyes and enquiries of my customers.
I believe that the planning of a holiday should be just as exciting as the actual holiday itself. It shouldn't be stressful or feel like a minefield and so, I love nothing more than sharing my knowledge and experience to help you make your travel dreams a reality. I have worked and travelled to many different destinations from the Caribbean to Thailand and many parts of America. My travel career began by working in many parts of Europe, with Greece and Portugal being my favourites. I love to ski, although I've not been for a while! Although I like the luxury these days, I've had plenty of experience with off the beaten track and hostel experiences. I have travelled alone, as a couple and also with young children both long and short haul and we love to cruise as a family, so I'd like to think that I'm well placed to help just about anyone with their holiday plans!

We've just returned from 4 full on days in Iceland. It was absolutley amazing. The hotel you booked was perfect for us as literally across the road from the stop to pick us up for all our trips which was such a great location and close. The trips you booked for us were fantastic. We saw 8 to 9 Humback Whales on a rib boat which was so much fun and a dream come true to see so many of them. The sky Lagoon was perfect and to be in the hot thermo Lagoon literally next to the ocean was amazing. We saw active volcanos, Waterfalls, Glaciers, went on a Glacial Lagoon in amongst Icebergs, and the scenery was breathtaking.
Thank you Kerri for booking this all for us, it was great we didn't have anything to think of as you'd done everything for us. We didn't really know what to expect but Everything went perfectly and it was definitely a trip of a lifetime and I'm in love with Iceland.

I just wanted to say that I whole heartedly recommend Kerri at Travel Counsellors for booking your holidays however small in distance or for however long you are away.
Today our flight was cancelled in advance for next year and subsequently the company cancelled our whole trip, if we hadn't booked with Kerri we would have had to spent ages going through flight companies on the Internet to find alternatives and also trying to obtain refund or alternative option through a massive company's phone line which would have been a very long arduous process.
Having booked through Kerri, she called and gave options, instantly have prices and choices and one we decided what to do she just re booked our new dates within minutes, she sent confirmation and that was that, all sorted within minutes and no stress at all we had it all taken away with Kerri doing all the work for us.
She is fantastic at her job and takes all the annoying, time consuming issues you may have with things going wrong all off you. So all smooth and no hassle etc.

When we started thinking about our dream trip, it felt quite daunting as we had such a long bucket list of places and experiences to tick off! We have enquired with a few other companies but Kerri is the only person to really listen to exactly what I wanted (We wanted a budget hotel to start with zero frills in order to save the big money to stay beachfront at the end of the honeymoon). Kerri is the best!!
We decided to book our honeymoon to Santorini and Kerri was so patient and wonderful helping us book our hotel, flight and transfers. She was also great giving us advice on what the country needed regarding Covid tests. She is really friendly and was so quick to response if I had any questions and concerns! She even helped my sister find a flight to get from Japan to the uk for my wedding! I would definitely recommend Kerri!

Kerri has been absolutely amazing and I couldn’t recommend her enough! Made me feel so safe and secure with booking this holiday and was there in an instant if anything went wrong, which happened quite a lot with covid. She leave no question unanswered! I don’t even know where to start with telling everyone how amazing Kerri is !! Me and my family booked with Kerri nearly a year ago to go away to Ibiza. Everything was going so smoothly and Kerri was great help answering all questions that I needed help with and always being there with support. It was a large group of us going seven people to be exact. Three of which were under the age of 18. Because of Covid we needed to have proof of either double vaccines or negative Covid test. And unfortunately with no fault of Kerri or travel councillors our test didn’t turn up on time !! To say Kerri went above and beyond to make sure we got on our holiday would be an understatement. She sat on hold with people for over four hours just to get the answers we needed. And I got our tests in with 15 minutes spare haha. Just when we thought nothing could go wrong. Kerri rings to say for some reason TUI had cancelled I’ll coming home flight with no exclamation! Once again Kerri went above and beyond to get answers of why this was happening and to make sure we would go on holiday. And being the amazing travel counsellor she is she made our dreams come true ! We had the most amazing holiday in Ibiza and my children enjoyed the sunshine swimming and time to be kids again after such a rubbish few years. Kerri I don’t think me or my family could put into words how grateful we are to you and I would recommend you and travel councillors to anyone and I will never be booking with anyone other than you or another travel counsellor that you recommend. Thank you so so much.

I recently contacted Kerri with regards to finding us a couple of breaks to look forward to after a long year of lockdown.
I wanted to book a lovely night away with my partner which wasn’t too far away from home due to the nature of my partners work and, to also have a weekend on the lakes somewhere for my Birthday later on this summer.
Kerri listened to everything I wanted within my requirements and came up with some fantastic options within a very short timescale. Kerri had excellent advice, she was very helpful and managed to find exactly what we desired within our price bracket.
