Hi, I am Lesley Hill and a Travel Counsellor proud to be based in my home city of Glasgow, where I live with my husband and two daughters. I cannot wait to create amazing holidays and bespoke itineraries to turn your travel dreams into reality
My passion for travel started at a young age, when I went on a swimming club exchange to Orlando, Florida aged 11. I realised there was a whole world out there waiting to be explored. As a student, I then spent two summers working and travelling across Canada and spent a month backpacking on the Amtrak in the USA. At this point I was well and truly hooked and knew I wanted to have a career in the travel industry.
Prior to becoming a Travel Counsellor I worked for over 20 years with an award winning high street travel agent. During this time, I gained a wealth of knowledge and experience so I know what it takes to make a fantastic holiday. From different airlines, routes and stopovers, to luxury accommodation and tours, I can advise with ease. I have a high repeat client base and pride myself in offering the personal touch and attention to detail. I very much value these relationships and hope to develop many more in the future.
I have also been lucky enough to experience some amazing places. From trekking to Annapurna base camp in Nepal, diving with seals in the Galapagos, watching the sunrise over Malaysia from the top of Mount Kinabalu in Borneo, to driving through the Namibian dessert in a 4x4 on my honeymoon.
No matter what you are looking for I can organise anything from a short European city break, a surprise visit to see Santa in Lapland, a Cruise in the Caribbean, a motorhome holiday in the USA, a multi-centre Australia and New Zealand itinerary or just a fly and flop beach break in Mauritius. I will get to know you and your requirements and make the experience a happy and enjoyable one. As your own personal Travel Counsellor, I can be totally flexible and available whenever suits you. Lesley was excellent in her manner, knowledge and efficiency. For our convenience, she was happy to come to the house and listen to our thoughts for our trip. Using her own knowledge she was able to add some great suggestions/ideas which we hadn't thought of, She then came up with two different itineraries for us to choose. Both were excellent, but leaving from Glasgow suited us better than leaving from Edinburgh. When booking the hotel in Napa, she discovered that a music festival was taking place and knowing we would not want to attend, she changed the itinerary to suit. This is something we would not have know had we tried to book this ourselves. Her knowledge about flights and seating was great too and we now have good seats on all our flights. Lesley was very efficient in arranging everything, so much so we are now all booked up, again something that would have taken us hours and hours to do ourselves. We now have a truly amazing trip and are soooooo looking forward to it. Thank you, Lesley.

We have just returned from a holiday to China and Japan, via a Celebrity Cruise, all arranged by Lesley Hill. All her arrangement were perfect, and no hitches occurred. The private taxis ordered to transport us from the ship to the hotel in Tokyo for the night and then to the airport next day, all appeared exactly on time. Lesley was very knowledgeable about La Gomera and offered us lots of different options for our trip. Lesley Hill found me the holiday that I was looking for to fit in with very limited dates. That in itself was magic and from the onset, she was extremely efficient and attentive. Phone calls and e-mails were prompt and nothing seemed to be too much trouble to her.
